Certainly! The LCHD METABOLIC TELeHEALTH CONSULT-HEALTH COACHING (PHILIPPINES) fees are of two types: INITIAL CONSULT and FOLLOW-UP CONSULT. For the INITIAL CONSULT, you have the option of either having your previous diagnostic/laboratory test results uploaded and reviewed (if you have them - INITIAL CONSULT + LABS FOR REVIEW), or if you have none you can just go ahead for a regular initial consult from baseline (INITIAL CONSULT - NO LABS).

Corresponding fees are based on the option chosen (*INITIAL CONSULT WITH or WITHOUT LAB REVIEW or *FOLLOW-UP CONSULT). The specific fees and payment options available are noted in the eHEALTH PHILIPPINES page in the Low Carb Health Doctor website (www.LowCarbHealthMD.com/consultph). Online payment options available include GCash, GrabPay, Maya, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, QR Ph and debit/credit card through PayPal.

The frequency of your consult-health coaching sessions depend on your unique goals and preferences. If you are a new client, you only have the INITIAL consult-health coaching session as a valid option so you can be properly onboarded with your needed details. Thereafter, depending on the gravity/seriousness of your personal/individual concerns, you have the option of scheduling for a FOLLOW-UP consult-coaching session anytime (or as recommended by Dr. Agcopra during your initial consult). 

If you need to reschedule or cancel a coaching session, please notify LCHD as soon as possible through this consult-coaching platform. Kindly refer to the cancellation/rescheduling policy below. 

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, making it necessary at times to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. In such cases, please notify LCHD as soon as possible so we can make the necessary adjustments to our schedule. Regarding cancellations, a five (5)-day notice is required to receive a refund (the amount you paid less administrative costs). For rescheduling, you need to create a new appointment request by visiting the eHEALTH PHILIPPINES page in the Low Carb Health Doctor website (www.LowCarbHealthMD.com/consultph) and choose your appropriate consult-health coaching session.
